PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to support plant processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality across manufacturing steps in a GMP environment.

The role emphasizes monitoring processing parameters, supporting in-process testing, and contributing to continuous improvement while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. Rich collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintenance of clean-room standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical/chemical/pharmaceutical related field required.
• Knowledge of plant and unit operations, including autoclaves, parts washers, and other process equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance within clean-room operations; prior cGMP experience would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a self-motivated team player, with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Emerson DeltaV, LIMS, and TrackWise systems.
• Flexibility to work any shift schedule, including 24/7 operations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, LMS).
• Ability to understand, apply, and evaluate fundamental chemistry, biology, and physical science principles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Involve in hands-on execution of the plant operations and assist Manufacturing Associates in trouble-shooting.
• Monitor and analyze processing parameters for atypical trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform solution, equipment preparation and cell culture operations as required.
• Stage components for autoclaving and washing.
• Support in-process testing of production samples; prior experience with analytical instruments is a plus.
• Actively support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Safety audits.
• Adhere to applicable EHS and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to follow written procedures, recognize and report malfunctions.
• Ability to evaluate documentation/data according to company and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to interact with inspectors (internal and external).
• Ability to interpret and apply GMP knowledge.
• Basic statistical mathematical skills.
• Ability to organize work and handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand, apply and evaluate basic chemistry, biology and physical principles.
• Understanding of analytical methods.
