Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Manufacturing I in Singapore to join our production team. You will support hands-on plant operations, assist troubleshooting, monitor processing parameters, and prepare solutions and equipment for manufacturing runs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent with related experience, familiarity with cGMP and cleanroom environments, and ability to work flexible shifts. Emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related field with relevant experience.
• Demonstrate commitment to cGMP, EHS compliance in clean-room plant operation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Involve in hands‑on execution of the plant operations and assist Manufacturing Associates in troubleshooting.
• Monitor and analyze processing parameters for atypical trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform solution and equipment preparation.
• Perform raw material and single-use parts staging and dispensing with additional logistical support responsibility.
• Stage components for autoclaving and washing.
• Perform filter integrity testing of sterilizing filters.
• Perform environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing cleanroom.
• Support in‑process testing of production samples and know-how with analytical instruments.
• Actively support continuous improvement initiatives and safety audits.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and GMP knowledge.
