Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer to join on-site in Singapore, supporting sterilization and cleaning operations within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize cycles for various equipment and products.

The role requires a life science degree and at least 3 years in GMP settings, with strong communication skills in English and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science field (e.g., biology, biotechnology, biochemistry).
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in GMP environments (pharma, biotech, manufacturing).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for autoclave, washer, and cleaning operations.
• Develop and optimize sterilization and washing cycles based on requirements.
• Define load configurations and worst-case loads for qualification and routine ops.
