Job summary

No deviation Pte Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Document Controller for a 3- to 6-month contract in Singapore. You will manage controlled documents in a GMP-regulated environment using Veeva for lifecycle management and Adobe Sign for electronic signatures.

The role runs 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, with ad hoc weekend support as needed. You will ensure documents are accurate, compliant and on schedule, collaborating with QA and Operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in document control within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva (Vault QualityDocs or similar).
• Familiarity with Adobe Sign for e-signature workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisation and time management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to work 2pm to 10pm and provide ad hoc weekend support.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, review, approval, issuance and archiving of controlled documents in Veeva.
• Route documents for electronic signature through Adobe Sign and track them to completion.
• Ensure documents comply with GMP, data integrity and company procedures.
• Maintain document version control and ensure only current, approved versions are in use.
• Coordinate with QA, Operations and other departments to resolve documentation queries and follow up on pending actions.
• Support document change requests and revisions per change control procedures.
• Maintain audit-ready records and assist with audits and inspections.
• Provide ad hoc weekend support when required.
