Job summary

NO DEVIATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller for a 3–6 month contract starting immediately in Singapore. The role manages controlled GMP-regulated documents using Veeva and signs off via Adobe Sign.

You will work 2pm–10pm Monday to Friday with ad hoc weekend support. Responsibilities include document creation, review, archiving, and audit readiness while ensuring current, approved versions are used and compliance is maintained.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Prior experience in document control within a GMP-regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with Veeva (Vault QualityDocs or similar).
Familiarity with Adobe Sign for e-signature workflows.
Strong attention to detail with good organisation and time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Eligible to work in Singapore.
Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Manage creation, review, approval, issuance and archiving of controlled documents in Veeva.
Route documents for electronic signature through Adobe Sign and track to completion.
Ensure documents comply with GMP, data integrity and company procedures.
Maintain document version control and ensure only current, approved versions are in use.
Coordinate with QA, Operations and other departments to resolve documentation queries and follow up on actions.
Support document change requests and revisions per change control procedures.
Maintain organised, audit-ready records and assist with audits and inspections.
Provide ad hoc weekend support when required.
