Job summary

No deviation Pte Ltd is seeking a Document Controller to manage controlled documentation in a GMP-regulated environment. You will handle Veeva-based document lifecycle, electronic signatures via Adobe Sign, and ensure documentation remains accurate, compliant, and on schedule.

The role supports QA and operations with ad hoc weekend coverage and requires immediate start with a 3-6 month contract in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-regulated document control environments.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault QualityDocs or similar document systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Sign for e-signature workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, approve, issue and archive controlled documents in Veeva.
• Route documents for e-signature via Adobe Sign and track completion.
• Ensure GMP compliance and data integrity of documents.
• Maintain version control of documents and current approved versions.
• Coordinate with QA and Operations to resolve documentation queries.
