Job summary

Sapio Consulting seeks a Vice President of Corporate Communications to lead and shape regional and global communications from its Asia headquarters in Singapore. You will drive messaging across Southeast Asia, Europe and the US, partnering with leadership and agencies to protect the firm’s reputation and support strategic milestones.

In this senior role you’ll manage media relations, crisis communications, and cross‑functional programs while mentoring teams and coordinating with portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR or Marketing from a reputable university.
• Proven experience in corporate communications for financial services or private equity.
• Ability to craft key messages and external positioning for a financial services firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's global corporate communications strategy aligned with brand and investments.
• Shape messages with leadership and plan stakeholder engagement across internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate with leadership and PR agencies to produce releases, Q&A, speeches, and briefing notes.
• Advise on press release strategies, media lists, timing, and channels.
• Manage media relations, interviews, inquiries and journalist follow-ups.
• Support milestones: fundraising, investments, exits, partnerships, appointments.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment of communications across affiliates and markets.
