Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a senior university recruiting leader to guide a global team in building early-career talent pipelines. You will design and execute university recruiting strategies across diverse business lines and programs, and coach full-cycle recruiters to deliver results.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring plans, manage internship and apprenticeship programs end to end, and harness people analytics to measure performance and optimize systems.

• Proven record leading and developing university recruiting professionals.
