Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a seasoned strategy PMO professional to drive VIP and institutional growth. You will translate strategies into scalable roadmaps, govern execution cadences, and partner with executives to track progress and dependencies.

You will leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify opportunities, structure problems, and design scalable solutions in fast-paced environments. Strong communication with senior stakeholders and bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy PMO, program management, or consulting roles.
• Strong analytical thinking to structure business problems using data and AI.
• Executional experience driving complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong systems thinking to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Nice to have: bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
