Job summary

Stripe is seeking a University Recruiting Manager to lead a global team of recruiters focused on interns and new grads. You will shape early talent strategy, oversee recruiter development, and drive programs that attract, recruit, and retain diverse university talent at scale.

You’ll partner with leaders across the company to meet headcount targets, build inclusive programs, and deliver a strong candidate experience while reporting on performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of university recruiting professionals to drive performance and growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to understand early talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Develop and implement a global diversity strategy with universities and early talent programs.
• Coordinate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and sustain a strong candidate pipeline through branding, events, and referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of KPIs and insights to inform decisions.
