Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior Global Treasury Leader to build and lead a new Global Treasury Services team, establishing a scalable global operations backbone. You will act as an additional global payment approver and partner with regional treasurers to ensure continuity and resilience across markets.

You will oversee banking documentation, bank audits, and global e-banking administration, driving standardization, controls, and audit readiness in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of treasury/finance experience in multinational settings.
• Experience building or scaling treasury operations or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, governance, audit requirements.
• Hands-on with TMS and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Leadership and stakeholder management across regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Global Treasury Services team to establish scalable operations.
• Act as an additional global payment approver per payment controls.
• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure continuity and resilience.
• Prepare and submit banking documentation; support bank audits.
• Oversee Group Treasury documentation for standardization and audit readiness.
• Own global e-banking administration and policy compliance.
