Job summary

Temu is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead banking partnerships and optimize our global treasury framework as we expand internationally. You will build and manage relationships with banks across regional and international markets, coordinating cash management and funding strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Extensive experience in corporate treasury or banking relationship management.
• Proven track record with global/top-tier banks and knowledge of global payment rails, cash management, and FX.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities and professional representation to external partners.
• Adaptable and proactive in a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize banking network across regional and international markets.
• Coordinate cross-border treasury initiatives, liquidity planning and funding across entities.
• Evaluate FX trading methods, negotiate competitive margins, and monitor macroeconomic trends.
