Job summary

OKX in Singapore seeks a senior Treasury leader to build and lead the Global Treasury Services function, establishing scalable global operations and robust controls.

You will partner with regional treasurers, own global e-banking, payment controls, banking documentation, and audit readiness while shaping governance and risk management across regions. A bachelor’s in finance is required; professional certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of treasury/finance experience in a multinational.
• Proven track record building or scaling treasury operations.
• Strong knowledge of payments, bank connectivity, and e-banking.
• Experience with internal controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Comfort with AI tools to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as an additional global payment approver in accordance with established payment control processes.

• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure timely and accurate preparation of banking documentation and audit support.
• Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally, standardization and audit readiness.
• Own global e-banking administration and policy reviews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and lead a new Global Treasury Services (GTS) team within the Group Treasury function, establishing a scalable and robust global operations backbone.
• Act as an additional global payment approver in accordance with established payment control processes.
• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure operational continuity and resilience, providing coverage during holiday periods, staff turnover, or emergency situations.
• Partner with Regional Treasurers to ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of banking documentation, support periodic bank reviews, and manage the annual bank audit confirmation process.
• Oversee Group Treasury documentation globally, ensuring standardization, completeness, and audit readiness across regions.
• Own global e-banking administration, ensuring timely updates and regular review in line with established bank account management policies.

What We Look For In You

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or finance, with strong focus on treasury operations, controls, and global cash management within a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in building, leading, or scaling treasury operations or shared services functions, with strong understanding of payments, bank connectivity, e-banking, and reconciliation processes.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, governance frameworks, audit requirements, and experience in process standardization and operational risk management.
• Technology-savvy, with hands‑on experience using treasury management systems (TMS) and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and control.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capability, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a multi‑region environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications are advantageous.
