Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Head of Global Technology – Leisure Travel to lead strategy, development, delivery, and production support for the CRS Leisure Travel platform across five regions, ensuring resilience and 24x7 operations.

The role shapes the platform roadmap, drives AI adoption, and partners with regional leaders on initiatives, change management, and budgeting. Travel is required; senior IT engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles, including leadership of high-availability and/or customer-facing platforms.
• Global experience preferred; experience across multiple markets or regions.
• Proven experience leading teams of 60+ resources across multiple geographies and delivery centers.
• Strong executive level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Application Delivery, Maintenance and Cloud experience, preferably in Azure.
• Demonstrated experience in driving AI adoption, change management, and engineering transformation.
• Strong Business acumen, business development and financial management.
• Industry experience in financial services, insurance, travel, or partnership-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy and roadmap for Leisure Travel Globally and for each region.
• Lead execution of the roadmap across multiple cross-geographic initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to design and deliver new platform capabilities, including parametric and innovative functionality that supports business growth and competitive differentiation.
• Partner with Travel business leaders, Operational, IT and program management teams across regions to manage delivery, prioritization, and escalation.
• Support new business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior business stakeholders.
• Lead and manage multiple, concurrent global programs and projects to deliver on time and budget with quality.
• Ensure regional structures and delivery models align to priorities, funding, and resources.
• Oversee governance for complex, multi-region programs (Parametric and Innovation Initiatives).
• Build a high-performing, globally distributed technology organization.
• Drive innovation and streamline delivery processes to enable rapid delivery of new products.
