AirTrunk in Singapore seeks a Global Travel Experience Manager to design and lead a safe, cost-conscious travel programme for a fast-growing international business. You’ll shape policy, partner with travel vendors, and deploy technology to streamline every stage of a traveler’s journey.

You’ll collaborate across Workplace Experience, Security, Procurement, Finance, Technology and People & Culture to deliver a best-in-class traveller experience while expanding into new markets and remote sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate travel programmes in multinational settings.
• Ability to manage travel partners and platforms (e.g., Amex GBT, digital booking tools).
• Strong negotiation skills for supplier agreements.
• Experience managing large travel budgets and governance.
• Knowledge of traveller safety and risk management.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
• Comfort working across diverse locations, including remote or complex sites.

• Improve policies, use data to guide decisions, and adopt new tech.
• Provide timely, thoughtful support from booking to return.
• Collaborate with Executive Assistants, Security, and International SOS.
• Develop travel solutions for new markets and remote locations.
• Negotiate and manage supplier partnerships and travel budgets.
• Shape travel technology roadmap and explore automation and AI.
• Deliver a strong traveler experience while balancing cost and safety.
