Job summary

DRW Singapore is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join a global team responsible for best-in-class production support, efficient software deployment, configuration processes and proactive monitoring in a 24x7 trading environment.

You will work to ensure maximum trading system availability, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with traders, DBAs, developers, back office, QA, infrastructure and management teams around the globe.

Qualifications

• Establish best-in-class production support, efficient software deployment, configuration processes, and proactive monitoring.
• Ensure maximum trading system availability.
• Troubleshoot production incidents in a time-critical 24x7 trading environment.
• Collaborate with traders, DBAs, development, back office, QA, infrastructure and management teams.
• Build documentation for procedures and system architecture.
