Job summary

Point72’s Operations team supports all operational aspects of trade processing, reconciliation, financing, and reporting firmwide for all products across global markets.

Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle management across global markets for a wide range of products, ensuring timely and accurate trade capture, confirmation, and settlement. Build automation and workflow improvements with technology teams to scale changes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 0-1 year of experience in middle office operations or trade support.
• Experience in trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception resolution across asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end trade lifecycle management across markets and products.
• Reconcile daily positions and cash; investigate trade breaks and settlement issues.
• Collaborate with traders and desks to resolve lifecycle issues and ensure accuracy.
