SKILLSFORCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY PTE LTD is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join the Client Operations team in the Global Markets Division. This 1-year contract role offers exposure to financial markets, trading operations, and risk management, with a focus on accurate transaction processing.

You will support daily operations, monitor compliance, identify risks, verify trade details, and collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency while maintaining strict regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Economics, IS, or related field.
• Willingness to learn financial systems, strong numbers orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for complex financial instruments and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Monitor compliance metrics, prepare reports, and identify process improvements.
• Identify operational risks or inconsistencies and help resolve issues to boost efficiency.
• Verify trade details and system accuracy to understand trade economics and procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Compliance, Settlements, Middle Office, and Senior Management.
• Provide support for client service activities as a reliable internal contact.
• Contribute to small workflow enhancements to improve speed, accuracy and control.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, risk policies, and timelines.
• Assist in resolving operational exceptions in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations for complex financial instruments, ensuring accurate transaction processing and alignment with business needs
• Assist with monitoring compliance metrics, preparing reports, and helping identify areas for process improvement
• Help identify operational risks or inconsistencies, working with team members to resolve issues and improve efficiency
• Verify trade details and system accuracy to ensure full understanding of trade economics and procedural standards
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: Sales, Trading, Compliance, Settlements, Middle Office, and Senior Management
• Provide support for client service activities, acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and stakeholder needs

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships, part-time roles, or entry-level work in finance/operations are welcome)
• Skills: Highly tech-savvy—quick to learn new systems, tools, and workflows; strong analytical mindset; detail-oriented; excellent communication and multitasking abilities
