Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a compliance professional in Singapore to manage trade and export controls, PDPA compliance, and contract review. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support dispute resolution and regulatory initiatives.

You will lead PDPA programs, implement export control measures, and administer SAP-based classification and licensing tasks while contributing to regional compliance projects across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs compliance, export control, or international trade regulations.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment with exposure to contract review and contract management.
• Knowledge of security trade controls, export control regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with PDPA compliance and data protection risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract-related matters including review, administration, and record management of NDAs and commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support dispute resolution.
• Oversee corporate compliance programmes across Southeast Asia, including anti-trust and anti-bribery controls.
• Conduct legal and compliance training to strengthen regulatory awareness.
• Lead Personal Data Protection activities and ensure PDPA compliance through assessments and risk mitigation.
• Support security and export control requirements across the organisation.
• Manage end-user screening, verification, and follow-up actions for compliance reviews.
• Administer export control processes in SAP with classification, manufacturer confirmation, and licence releases.
• Liaise with Headquarters Legal and Export Control teams on transactions involving restricted jurisdictions.
• Deliver export control training and compliance updates to business teams.
• Prepare annual sales reports and participate in regional and global export control initiatives.
