Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a Legal & Compliance professional to support Southeast Asia in trade compliance, contract review, and dispute management. The role covers anti-trust, anti-bribery, and PDPA compliance, plus export control oversight across the region.

The candidate will review NDAs, commercial agreements, and business contracts; manage corporate compliance programs; and train regional staff while coordinating with global teams on export matters.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Law, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs compliance, or international trade regulations.
• Prior experience in law firms or in-house legal contract review and management.
• Awareness of geopolitical developments and their impact on international trade.

Responsibilities

• Review NDAs, commercial agreements, and business contracts; support dispute resolution and corporate compliance programs.
• Manage export control requirements across Southeast Asia; oversee end-user verifications and export approvals in SAP; liaise with global legal teams.
• Conduct legal, compliance, and trade control training for regional employees; prepare annual sales reports for headquarters and participate in global export control meetings.
