Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Legal & Compliance Counsel to oversee trade compliance, contract review, and regulatory programs. You will support audits, investigations, and cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment.

The role requires a law-related degree and at least four years in trade/compliance, with experience in disputes, manufacturing contracts, and SAP-based workflows. This is a on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in law, international business, or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years in trade or legal compliance.
Experience handling disputes and regulatory programs.
Experience drafting commercial agreements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Oversee security trade compliance, business contracts, dispute resolution, and regulatory programs.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations, internal policies, and regional legal frameworks.
Provide guidance and training to employees on legal, compliance, and security trade policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting.
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements in alignment with company policies.
