Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Legal & Trade Compliance Officer to oversee security trade control compliance, contract reviews, dispute management, and corporate compliance programs for the Southeast Asia region. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders and global Headquarters to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, group policies, and corporate governance.

This role requires strong legal acumen, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to navigate trade controls

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Law, International Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in trade compliance, customs regulations, international trade, or contract review/management (in-house or law firm experience).
Familiarity with SAP export control functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements and NDAs, and support contract administration records.
Drive corporate compliance initiatives, including anti-trust and anti-bribery policies and PDPA responsibilities.
Manage trade compliance operations across Southeast Asia, including end-user screening and export licensing.
Coordinate with HQ Legal/Export Control teams for high-risk transactions and prepare regional compliance reports.
