Job summary

Tencent is seeking a Business Development Manager, Token Ecosystem, to build and scale Tencent Cloud's global partner ecosystem for Hunyuan models and Token Factory. You will own the full commercial cycle from ecosystem mapping to post-launch token consumption growth, collaborating with product, R&D, legal, security, and compliance to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Minimum three years of experience in cloud computing, AI, or developer ecosystem roles, including international business development.
Knowledge of API and MaaS commercial models, including token-based consumption pricing and partner monetisation.
Proven business development track record owning deals end to end with measurable partner outcomes.
Ability to drive cross-functional execution with product, R&D, legal and compliance teams.
Proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin for international negotiations and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

Build the ecosystem map and partner pipeline across Token Factory, model distribution, and AI application segments.
Lead commercial negotiation and deal closure from first engagement through pricing, contracting, and signing.
Design and execute joint go-to-market programs to drive token consumption post-launch.
Represent partner and market requirements to product and R&D for international readiness and localisation.
Coordinate with legal, security, and compliance on due diligence, data processing, and cross-border reviews.
