Job summary

Tencent is seeking a Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Manager, Global AI Token Ecosystem to build Tencent Cloud's global partner ecosystem for Hunyuan large language models and Token Factory, owning the full commercial cycle from ecosystem mapping and partner acquisition to negotiation, onboarding, and post-launch token consumption growth.

This role requires leading cross-region negotiations with international partners and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in cloud computing, AI, or developer ecosystems; international BD preferred.
Knowledge of API/MaaS pricing and partner monetisation models.

Responsibilities

Map ecosystems and build partner pipeline across Token Factory, model distribution, and AI applications.
Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures, terms, pricing, and onboarding.
Drive token consumption growth via joint go-to-market programs and regional adaptation.
Represent partner needs to product and R&D for international readiness and localization.
Manage regulatory risk with legal, security, and compliance in cross-border engagements.
