Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Tender Coordinator to manage and coordinate customer tender activities across APAC and beyond. You will work with global and regional account teams to prepare timely, accurate tender submissions aligned with commercial objectives.

You will analyse tender requirements with country teams, manage pricing and timelines, and maintain documentation in tender systems. Strong Excel, analytics and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating tender, bid, quotation, pricing or commercial coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support preparation and submission of tenders for global and strategic customers.
• Review tender requirements with country teams to ensure accurate responses.
• Coordinate with local offices, regional teams and central procurement to develop competitive tender proposals.
• Develop tender project plans covering pricing analysis, reviews and submission timelines.
• Maintain records of tender activities and outcomes in internal systems.
• Provide tender management insights and recommendations in cross-regional meetings.
• Identify and troubleshoot tender issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in related projects.
