Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Tender/Bid Coordinator to support end-to-end tender activities across APAC and global accounts. You will coordinate submissions, review requirements and work with regional teams to ensure timely, competitive responses.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain or related industry.
• Experience in tender management, bid coordination, pricing or commercial support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenders with global and regional account teams.
• Review tender docs to identify key commercial requirements.
• Gather information from APAC and regional teams for timely submissions.
• Collaborate with procurement and internal stakeholders on proposals.
• Manage tender timelines, pricing activities and internal approvals.
• Support pricing analysis and highlight risks or issues.
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities and results.
• Provide tender-related analyses in cross-regional meetings.
• Identify and resolve tender-related issues with stakeholders.
