Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in science or a training-related field.
• Experience delivering technical training or related roles.
• Knowledge of instructional theory and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a training operations team to develop, deliver, and optimize learning experiences.
• Contribute to strategy, processes, and technologies for technical learning to meet tool and customer availability requirements.
• Implement diverse learning methods including self-learning, instructor-led, and VR/AR-based programs.
• Measure and supervise the impact of learning operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and scale with technology.
• Collaborate with other learning teams to manage all technical learning activities.
• Guide project teams and monitor scope, schedule, and budget; hold teams accountable.
