Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in a High-Tech Manufacturing or Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment.
• Strong interest in Project Management, Program Coordination, and Stakeholder Management.
• Demonstrated leadership with excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Test Technology Development Teams to manage Final Test Manufacturing, Technology Enablement, and Change Management Projects.
• Drive alignment of project requirements across Business Units, Package Development Teams, Production Sites, and Central Functions.
• Own end-to-end project execution and lead a multidisciplinary team from inception to completion, ensuring progress reporting, risk management, and proper documentation.
• Coordinate and support manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, and change implementation activities across global operations.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and business objectives.
