Job summary

TECSTATION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Technology Risk & Regulatory Compliance Lead to oversee global ICT risk, cyber hygiene, and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

This role requires translating regulatory obligations into auditable controls and working with Compliance, Legal, and Technology leaders. You will drive DORA/MAS TRM implementation, manage risk reporting, third-party risk, and incident response, while interacting with regulators and senior management to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, finance, or law with postgraduate qualification advantage.
• 5–8 years in technology risk management, IT audit, or regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Hands-on DORA compliance experience, ICT risk frameworks, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance programme against DORA, RTS/ITS, and MAS TRM guidelines.
• Maintain ICT risk management frameworks, RoI, and vendor risk registers.
• Produce board-level risk reports and regulatory readiness dashboards.
• Oversee third-party ICT service provider risk lifecycle and contracts.
• Coordinate incident management, resilience tests, and regulatory reporting.
