Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive risk and compliance professional to support enterprise risk management and regulatory initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage risks, strengthen controls, and contribute to monitoring activities.

The role requires a diploma or degree and 2–5 years in risk, governance, or audit, with strong analytical and communication skills; you will coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company's risk management framework.
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments with business units to identify and manage key risks.
• Monitor risk mitigation actions and follow up with stakeholders on identified risks.
• Assist in reviewing and strengthening internal controls, policies, and processes.
• Support compliance monitoring to meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up on findings.
• Prepare risk, compliance, and management reports with accurate documentation.
• Maintain records of risk assessments and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
