Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, including DePuy Synthes, is recruiting for a Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface - International, based in Leeds or Singapore.

The role leads regional technology strategy and execution across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and enabling functions, with a focus on secure, standardized delivery. The candidate will partner with regional leadership to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, oversee portfolio health and drive value realization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, operations, or related leadership roles.
Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience, including global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution for the international region across multiple functions.
Partner with global Technology, CTO and CISO to ensure secure, resilient regional technology execution.
Lead executive reviews and operating rhythms to drive prioritization, adoption and value realization.
Balance regional needs with enterprise standards, cybersecurity, governance and global scalability.
