Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a visionary Head of Global Technology for Leisure Travel.

This role leads strategy, development, and production support of the CRS Leisure Travel platform across regions, ensuring resilience and uninterrupted operations. It requires global leadership and ongoing collaboration with senior IT and business leaders. The incumbent will define the platform roadmap, drive AI adoption, and shape the technology operating model to enhance customer experience and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles, including high-availability platforms.
• Global or multi-regional experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading 60+ resources across geographies and delivery centers.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Application Delivery, Maintenance, and Cloud environments, preferably Azure.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology strategy and roadmap for Leisure Travel globally and for each region.
• Lead delivery of multiple cross-geographic initiatives and platform capabilities.
• Partner with business leaders to design and deliver new platform capabilities, including AI and innovative functionality.
• Oversee production support, resilience, and risk management across the global travel platform.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed technology organization.
