Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Travel Insurance, Insurance, Financial Services or related industries.
• Proven track record of driving growth, partnerships and commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing P&L and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Experience in travel and/or travel insurance with an established industry network preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills in a matrix environment.

Purpose of the Role

The Candidate will lead Chubb's Leisure Travel Insurance business, a strategic growth portfolio identified for significant investment and expansion. The role is responsible for driving profitable growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and delivering business targets across multiple distribution channels. The Candidate will own full P&L accountability for the portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance, while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to strengthen Chubb's market position and accelerate growth.
