SD Legal seeks a Legal Counsel (Products, Commercial & IP) to join its in‑house team supporting a global technology platform with significant APAC operations. The role targets 6–10 PQE with a Tier‑1 background in IP, commercial transactions, and product law, and requires experience advising product, sales and marketing teams across Asia.

• 6–10 years PQE in law, with Tier‑1 background preferred.
• Strong expertise in Intellectual Property, commercial transactions and product‑related law.
• Experience advising product, sales and marketing teams.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business units on product development, IP protection and APAC launches/distribution.
• Provide real‑time legal advice to product, sales and marketing teams across APAC.
• Manage cross‑border IP challenges and regulatory obstacles for new products.
• Coordinate with in-country counsel and external vendors to allocate resources proactively.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Singapore and other Asian offices to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Liaise on global product projects intersecting with US and EMEA jurisdictions.
