Job summary
Apryse is seeking a self-motivated technology lawyer to join its in-house team as Legal Counsel, APAC. You will be the primary APAC legal partner, handling software licensing transactions, IP protection, and commercial disputes, reporting to the VP of Legal.
The role offers flexible working arrangements in Singapore (remote, hybrid or office-based at Capital Tower). Applicants must have a law degree, be licensed to practice, and 5–7 years of relevant commercial experience in software or in-house

- 5–7 years of relevant commercial legal experience, preferably in software or in-house.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary APAC legal partner for Apryse.
- Handle software licensing transactions, IP protection and commercial disputes.
- Report to the VP of Legal and collaborate with global teams.
