Job summary

ByteDance seeks a seasoned marketer to lead BytePlus brand events and overseas campaigns. You will craft the strategy, manage end-to-end event execution, and tailor approaches to local markets to drive awareness and leads. The role requires strong cross-cultural communication and a deep understanding of cloud and AI trends.

You will collaborate with global teams to deliver impactful brand moments, ensure high-quality delivery, and optimize investment strategies for market-leading outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, CS, Telecom or related fields.
• 5+ years of marketing/event marketing experience in cloud/AI/B2B tech with large-scale event campaigns.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and generative AI; familiarity with overseas tech markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy planning and cadence management for BytePlus brand events and overseas campaigns.
• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of overseas events from strategy to on-site delivery.
• Develop localized event strategies based on market characteristics to drive inquiries and conversions.
• Coordinate resources with partners, media, and vendors while managing project risks.
• Establish performance evaluation mechanisms and optimize investment models for quality output.
