Job summary

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop world-class games for different platforms, particularly mobile platforms.
• Join a highly creative team and work alongside leading game development teams in China to solve challenging technical problems.
• Build immersive virtual worlds and use your code to deliver memorable experiences to players.
• Participate in R&D of world-class game engine technologies, continuously improving development workflows and tools across a broad range of technical areas.

Qualifications:

• A background in Computer Science or a related field, with good coding practices and programming habits; proficiency in C, C++, or Python is preferred.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency is preferred.
• Strong logical and analytical skills, with a genuine drive to solve problems.
• Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and accurately to teammates.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, to collaborate closely with headquarters and teams in other regions.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Familiarity with or expertise in computer graphics.
• Familiarity with or expertise in distributed systems design.
• Experience using game development frameworks or engines.
