Tapestry South East Asia is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning to lead an end-to-end PO Management team across brands. The role focuses on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement of order execution, supplier management, and delivery risk mitigation.

You will guide prioritization, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Operations, Logistics and Brand teams, driving scalable processes and automation initiatives. Strong leadership and SAP experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, order fulfilment, PO management, or related function, including people leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach an end-to-end PO Management team, assigning clear brand/category ownership and ensuring balanced workload and consistent execution.
• Guide order prioritization and ship-mode recommendations based on business need, delivery risk, operational feasibility and information.
• Own the outcomes, governance and control framework for end-to-end order execution with clear standards and escalation paths.
• Lead root-cause analysis of recurring delivery and execution issues with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve and prevent issues.
• Drive supplier performance through data-led reviews and accountability for corrective actions.
• Use dashboards and analytics to identify systemic issues and drive measurable delivery improvements.
• Champion end-to-end process improvements and AI/automation opportunities to strengthen controls and scalability.
• Support business continuity during peak periods and disruptions.
