Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning to lead an end-to-end PO management team across Coach and Kate Spade New York brands.

You will own the order lifecycle from PO creation to inbound receipt, appoint ownership, reduce handoffs, and drive continuous improvement with suppliers and cross-functional partners. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years in supply planning or related areas, plus strong analytical skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or related.
• At least 5 years in supply planning or related area with leadership.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order execution and PO lifecycle.
• Experience with SAP or ERP; experience with UAT is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Interest in automation, AI-enabled solutions and scalable controls.
• Stakeholder management across functions, geographies and suppliers.
• Proven coaching, prioritization and accountability within a team.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach end-to-end PO Management team with brand ownership.
• Guide order prioritization and ship-mode recommendations.
• Own governance for end-to-end order execution with clear standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis of delivery issues with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Drive supplier discipline and performance via data-led reviews.
• Use dashboards and analytics to assess delivery outcomes and issues.
• Own system enhancements and process changes, including UAT.
• Champion continuous improvement of the operating model, including AI opportunities.
• Support business continuity during peak periods.
• Undertake other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
