Vf Corporation's Vans & Altra brands seek a Director, Global Supply Planning to own end-to-end global supply planning and fulfilment. You will translate demand into executable supply plans, secure capacity, and lead the narrative back to Brand and Regional Planning.

You will lead the integrated brand supply plan across pre-season, in-season, and S&OP cycles, manage risks, drive buy execution, and partner with sourcing and operations to ensure on-time delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in global supply planning, brand planning, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong analytical, communication and executive synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Brand Supply Plan across LRP, pre-season, in-season and S&OP.
• Translate commercial intent into supply requirements and secure capacity.
• Surface supply-demand risks and frame mitigation options with business impact.
• Lead buy execution, PO creation, and confirmation reporting.
• Partner with Sourcing and Operations to secure capacity and drive accountability.
• Provide a clear supply narrative to Regional and Global Brand Planning teams.
