Job summary

VF Corp. is seeking a Senior Planner, Global Supply Planning to ensure materials are available to support production and delivery globally. You will lead pre-season and in-season planning across timelines, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to balance demand with supply.

You will drive data-driven decisions, manage risks, and track KPIs like on-time performance, while continuously improving planning processes and supporting Go-To-Market calendars.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, material planning, or sourcing.
• Forecasting, S&OP, and supply planning experience is essential.
• Experience with suppliers and managing supply risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-season planning for Direct-Sourced materials aligned with Go-To-Market calendar.
• Develop and manage long-range and seasonal supply plans.
• Build and execute material preposition strategies to support on-time delivery.
• Review and align supplier capacity plans with demand forecasts.
• Monitor forecast changes and adjust plans proactively.
• Drive in-season planning activities and mitigate delays.
• Track monthly material consumption against commitments and manage leftovers.
