Job summary

VF Corp.’s Vans & Altra business unit in Singapore is hiring a Director, Global Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning and fulfilment for the brand group. You will turn market signals into supply actions, secure capacity, and own the narrative back to Global Brand Planning and Regional Planning.

The role requires strategic thinking across LRP, pre-season, in-season and S&OP cycles, with a focus on risk management, cost, and service performance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in global supply planning, brand planning or related fields.
• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-regional trade-offs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong analytical, communication and executive synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global supply planning for the assigned brand group across plan, confirm and deliver.
• Translate commercial intent into supply requirements and secure capacity across vendors and origins.
• Identify and surface supply-demand risks, trade-offs and mitigation options across regions and seasons.
• Lead buy execution, PO creation, confirmation and reporting for global supply commitments.
• Partner with Sourcing and Operations to secure capacity and drive accountability with supply partners.
• Coach and develop pillar leaders, drive organizational change and adoption of new planning methods.
