VF Corporation seeks a Director of Global Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning and fulfilment for Vans & Altra across plan, confirm and deliver. You will translate brand strategy into a global supply position, secure capacity, and own the supply narrative with Regional and Global Brand Planning teams.

You will guide risk management, drive cross-functional alignment, and coach pillar leaders while advancing a brand-based operating model across multiple countries and time zones.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level experience in global supply planning, brand planning and related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical, communication and executive synthesis skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the Integrated Brand Supply Plan across LRP, pre-season, in-season and S&OP.
• Translate commercial intent into supply requirements and capacity.
• Identify supply-demand gaps and frame mitigation options with business impact.
• Lead capacity planning, buy execution, PO creation and confirmation reporting.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Operations to secure capacity and drive accountability.
• Provide a single supply narrative to regional and global planning teams.
• Lead escalation management and cross-functional decision-making.
• Coach leaders and drive transformation to a brand-based operating model.
