Job summary

VF Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Director, Global Supply Planning for Vans & Altra. You will own end-to-end global supply planning and fulfilment, translating brand intent into executable supply strategies and securing capacity across origins to enable the plan.

You will coach leaders, drive operating model change, and lead cross-functional teams across regions, brands and vendors to protect service, cost and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in global supply planning, brand planning, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning across LRP, pre-season, in-season and S&OP cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions in a matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Brand Supply Plan across LRP, pre-season, in-season and S&OP as one connected cycle.
• Translate commercial intent into supply requirements and establish assumptions to support brand growth.
• Surface supply-demand risks and frame options with clear business implications.
• Secure capacity and lead buy execution, PO creation and confirmation processes.
• Partner with Sourcing and Operations to secure capacity and drive supplier accountability.
• Own the brand supply narrative and provide an integrated view of performance, risks and decisions.
