Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Planner, Global Supply Planning, to ensure materials are available to support production and delivery globally. The role leads cross-functional planning across pre-season and in-season timelines, working with suppliers and internal teams to balance demand and supply while using data to manage risks and improve performance.

You will drive pre-season milestones, align with Go-To-Market calendars, and continuously improve planning processes.

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, material planning, or sourcing.
Strong forecasting, S&OP, and supply planning knowledge.
Experience working with suppliers and managing supply risks.
Good English communication; Mandarin is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-season planning for Direct-Sourced materials aligned with Go-To-Market calendar.
Develop and manage long-range and seasonal supply plans.
Build and execute material preposition strategies to support on-time delivery.
Review supplier capacity plans with demand forecasts.
Monitor forecast changes and adjust plans proactively.
Drive in-season planning: material preposition tracking, PO delay analysis, mitigation actions, and PO CRD improvements.
Track monthly material consumption against commitments.
Manage leftover materials at season end and report findings.
Collaborate with Direct-Sourced and nominated suppliers to manage risks (demand shifts, capacity, forecast gaps).
Analyze forecast vs actual to identify risks early and communicate actions.
