Job summary

SMTP CONSULT PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic and project-oriented professional to join our team in Singapore to support business development and key initiatives.

You will work closely with management to understand priorities, evaluate opportunities, develop practical recommendations and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. The role spans business development and internal strategic projects, including international market opportunities, partnerships, and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/management or related field is required.
• Around 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, BD or project management.
• PMP certification is highly preferred with hands-on PM experience.
• Able to translate complex issues into actionable plans and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills; willing to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic business development by analyzing markets and opportunities.
• Manage strategic projects from planning through execution with defined milestones.
• Lead internal initiatives focused on process improvement and organizational development.
• Coordinate stakeholders and resources, and prepare analyses and presentations.
• Undertake other strategic initiatives as required by management.
