Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience and at least 1 year of project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in Java or .NET software development projects.
• Familiarity with major database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or Redis.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning and progress tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration and issue resolution.
• Fluent English communication skills for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to develop feasible project plans that align with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of software projects.
• Monitor project scope and handle change requests to mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead technical discussions to manage requirements and resolve issues promptly, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct project retrospectives to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.
• Apply Agile project management techniques including sprint planning and progress tracking to enhance team performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and facilitate collaboration under pressure.
• Travel internationally for short-term assignments as required to support project delivery.
