Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Director of Central NPM & Inventory Control to lead global Assembly & Test NPM execution, govern inventory health, and drive end-to-end planning transformation.

You will bridge Product Development Teams, Supply Chain Planning, site NPMs, Manufacturing and Business Units to ensure successful NPI execution, predictable commitments, and optimized inventory utilization with AI-enabled planning maturity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / Manufacturing / Business.
MBA / EMBA preferred.
15+ years in semiconductor operations, supply chain planning, or NPI management.
Experience leading global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Global Central NPM Organization and operating model.
Drive NPI execution and inventory governance across the network.
Develop planning talent and leadership bench strength.
Drive AI-enabled planning maturity and automation across processes.
Partner with Product Development and Business Units to mitigate risks and improve cycle times.
