You will coordinate with commercial teams, manage cost control and negotiations, review data, ensure compliance with maritime regs, and drive profitability while maintaining high service levels across overseas voyages.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Shipping, International Trade, English or related majors.
4+ years of international shipping operation experience, including team management.
Fluent English for overseas communication and cross-timezone work.
Proficient in shipping ERP systems; experience with large ship-owning companies preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute international shipping operation strategies and lead the operation team; optimize workflows.
Oversee end-to-end voyage operations, resolve emergencies and coordinate overseas resources.
Manage voyage cost control and fee negotiations; review data to improve profitability.
Collaborate with the commercial team to support market development and client maintenance.
Review voyage documents, settle freight and demurrage, and maintain ERP data accuracy.
Stay updated on international maritime regulations and ensure compliance; assist with disputes and claims.
Perform other strategic and system development tasks as assigned by management.
