Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end shipping operations for liquid bulk and container shipments.
• Perform spot vessel chartering and freight optimisation.
• Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
• Negotiate demurrage with customers, brokers and ship owners.
• Collaborate with Renewable Feedstock teams to streamline shipping.
• Lead land transport and inland logistics and negotiate trucking rates.
• Set OKRs and drive a high-performing operations team.
